Vindu Dhara Singh reveals how Sunny Deol has built his body with diary products; says, “He took me to a room which was filled with milk cartons from London” : Bollywood News

Vindu Dhara Singh, son of renowned actor-wrestler Dhara Singh, is an old friend of Sunny Deol as their fathers Dhara Singh and Dharmendra also share a great off-screen camaraderie. The two Punjabi boys often bonded on fitness and body building as they not only worked out together but also exchanged tips with each other. Speaking about one such interesting anecdote of the Deol boy, Vindhu recalled the time when the actor actually ordered cartons of milk from London.

It seems that before Sunny Deol made his debut in Betaab, he was an avid fitness lover and focused on building his muscle. His diet primarily consisted of dairy products including milk and cheese which was the secret behind his fit body. Speaking about the same to interviewer Siddharth Kanan, Vindhu Dhara Singh revealed, “He had built a lot of muscle during his time in London. He looked like Rambo. He told me that his film Betaab is going to start in 2-3 months. I told him this is a London body, made by eating milk, cheese and everything there.” However, he went on to recall that the actor was upset about losing it when he returned to his home-country. “I told him he will shed all the muscle in India and he actually lost some muscle. He got upset,” added Singh.

Continuing with the story, Vindhu also revealed about Sunny found a solution to it and it actually left him in splits. “Next time when he was shooting for the film, he told me now I won’t lose any muscle. I ask him, ‘How?’ and he took me to a room which was filled with milk cartons from London. I rolled over laughing,” he shared.

On the work front, Sunny Deol recently created records with the success of his film Gadar 2. The actor is busy with his first collaboration with superstar Aamir Khan, with the latter as the producer for his next titled Lahore 1947.
