Real-life heroes who selflessly serve and protect the nation responded with enthusiastic praise after attending special screenings of Vidyut Jammwal's thrilling spy film, IB 71, held in various cities. Their overwhelmingly positive reactions further highlighted the resonance and appreciation these brave individuals have for the film, which portrays their experiences in a gripping manner.
IB 71, an enthralling narrative of courage and heroism, aimed to honour the bravery of men and women by presenting their stories on screen to an audience that truly understands the challenges and sacrifices depicted. The film's special screening on its release day was attended by NSG commandos and their families, followed by another screening for 120 members of Maharashtra Police's elite anti-naxal force, Gondia C60.
Both screenings garnered positive responses, with the commandos expressing admiration for Vidyut Jammwal and his dedicated efforts in bringing these incredible true stories to the world. The film's ability to resonate with those who have first-hand experience of similar situations further emphasizes its impact and authenticity.

Directed by Sankalp Reddy, IB 71 takes the audience on an adrenaline-fueled journey that highlights the extraordinary bravery of these unsung heroes. It is a patriotic spy thriller based on real-life incidents. The film talks about how our Indian Intelligence Bureau in a secret mission, outwitted the entire enemy establishment and gave our armed forces the required advantages to face the 1971 Indo-Pak war.
IB 71 was presented by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series Film and Reliance Entertainment. The Action Hero Films production featured Vidyut Jammwal, Anupam Kher and Vishal Jethwa in pivotal roles and is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Action Hero Films and Reliance Entertainment. Produced by Vidyut Jammwal & Abbas Sayyed, co-produced by Aditya Shastri, Aditya Chowksey and Shiv Chanana. The film is directed by national award winner Sankalp Reddy with the story by Aditya Shastri and the screenplay by Storyhouse Films LLP. The film is running successfully in cinemas.
