And currently, the actress has been on the upcoming web show, Gangster, which also stars OTT star Pankaj Tripathi and veterans like Shatrughan Sinha and Ashutosh Rana. Bollywood star Vicky Kaushal’s father Sham Kaushal is handling the directorial reigns and recently, he couldn’t stop praising Mahira for her work in the web series.

Sham Kaushal, who has been quite active on Instagram, took to the platform to share a story about Mahira Sharma. Sharing a photo from the BTS moment of the web-show, Sham Kaushal said, "It was my pleasure working with u. Always best wishes. Rab Rakha." Mahira too reposted the same on her story, expressing her gratitude adding, “Awesome person @shamkaushal Sir” and ended it with a folded hands emoji. A source close to the actress, responded to this appreciative comment adding, “This praise from such a veteran person of the industry truly an honor for her. She couldn’t be happier.”

The source went on to add that the details of the show are strictly being kept under wraps. “No one was aware about her starring in this web series called Gangster before this. Her fans are excited to see her on a show which has legendary actors like Pankaj Tripathi, Shatrughan Sinha, and Ashutosh Rana.”

While, Mahira Sharma is busy shooting for the same, the actress is also gearing up for the release of her Punjabi movie Lehmberginni, which will hit the big screen on May 12. The actress will play the leading lady alongside Ranjit Bajwa in this fun entertainer. Mahira was recently also in news where fans have been concerned about her breakup with her Bigg Boss co-contestant Paras Chabbra.
