Popularly known for his role as Raman Bhalla in the popular Ekta Kapoor show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Karan Patel has been away from television for a while. While the actor is exploring multiple mediums, he was recently seen asking for work in a quirky and cryptic post on social media. The actor, who has had a flourishing career in the television industry, seems to be keen on doing interesting project and expressed the same on social media.

In an intriguing post, which seems to have garnered attention, Karan Patel shared on her Instagram story where he made references to recent events including the Lok Sabha Elections 2024, the recent victory at the T20 World Cup and Deepika Padukone’s pregnancy. He said, “Ok, so now that the general elections are over, India has won the T20 world cup, Deepika Padukone’s Cutest Baby Bump has also been revealed, Congratulations to the new mommy and daddy. Now, can we get back to work please, and let me know if anyone’s casting.”

About Karan Patel

Starting his career with smaller roles in shows like Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and Kasautii Zindagi Kay, among others, Karan bagged his first television serial as the lead in Kasturi alongside Shubhangi Atre. The actor later went on to gain massive stardom with Yeh Hai Mohabbatein where he starred alongside Divyanka Tripathi.

Besides soap operas, Karan has also participated in several reality shows like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Nach Baliye, Khatron Ke Khiladi, and Box Cricket League. However, the actor recently stated in an interview that he would like to refrain from being a part of Bigg Boss and similar reality shows. As for his personal commitments, he is married to co-actor Ankita Bhargava and the couple have a daughter named Mehr, born in 2019.
