Bollywood star Tiger Shroff took to social media to wish his Bade Miyan Chote Miyan co-star Akshay Kumar a warm birthday, posting a stylish photograph of the two actors and praising the senior star as a major influence.

Tiger Shroff took to his Instagram stories and wrote, “From sitting back and watching my hero kick ass on screen as a kid to sitting right next to you! Thank you for inspiring generations sir! Happy birthday !@akshaykumar.”

Sharing a heartfelt note on social media, Akshay Kumar looked back on his remarkable six-decade journey, which includes 34 years in cinema and more than 150 films. He wrote, “58 years in the making, 34 years in this industry, over 150 films & counting. To everyone that ever believed in me, who bought a ticket, who signed me, produced me, directed me and guided me, this is your journey as much as mine. I’m just here to say an eternal ‘Thank You’ for every kind action, unconditional support, and words of encouragement. I am nothing without you, my Birthday is a dedication to all those that still believe me. Love & Prayers, Your Akshay. Jai Mahakal.”

The actor, still regarded as one of Bollywood’s most reliable stars, has a packed slate of upcoming films and shows no intention of slowing down. This September, he returns with Jolly LLB 3 alongside Arshad Warsi. He is also reuniting with Priyadarshan for the quirky horror-comedy Bhooth Bangla, scheduled for release in April 2026. Adding to the excitement, filming has just begun for Priyadarshan’s thriller Haiwaan, where he stars opposite Saif Ali Khan. In addition, the much-awaited Hera Pheri 3 is also in the works.

Tiger Shroff’s Baaghi 4 is making waves at the box office! By its third day, the high-octane action film has crossed the Rs. 33.54 crores milestone, though the overall momentum remains steady rather than soaring. Released on September 5, this latest installment of the franchise comes under Sajid Nadiadwala’s banner.
