Tejasswi Prakash, a well-known name in the entertainment industry, has been on a remarkable rise since winning Bigg Boss 15. In a recent interview, she reflected on her early career struggles, sharing how she was “treated differently” by senior actors. She revealed that while senior actors received better facilities and amenities, she wasn’t given the same. However, with time, she recognized her own worth.

Speaking to Zoom, Tejasswi Prakash recalled, “Initially, when I worked with senior actors who were more known than I was. I would be treated very differently. They would be given better rooms, better vanity vans and even better food to eat. At the initial phase of my career, I have faced such issues.”

Tejasswi Prakash further shared that by her second show, she recognized her worth and refused to accept unfair treatment. She said, “I realised that I wasn’t being paid well, and then I asked for more. I realised people want to see me more; then why should I get less money?”

Tejasswi Prakash started her career in 2015 with the show 2612. She later appeared in several series, including Sanskaar – Dharohar Apnon Ki, Swaragini – Jodein Rishton Ke Sur, Pehredaar Piya Ki, Karn Sangini, and Khatron Ke Khiladi 10. However, she gained immense popularity after showcasing her unfiltered personality in Bigg Boss 15.

During Bigg Boss 15, Tejasswi Prakash began dating Karan Kundrra, and the couple has been going strong ever since. After winning the show, she played the lead role in Naagin 6.

Currently, Tejasswi is a contestant on Celebrity MasterChef, a cooking reality show judged by Farah Khan, Vikas Khanna, and Ranveer Brar.
