Writer-Director Sandeep Kewlani is gearing up to make his directorial debut with Maddock Films Sky Force starring Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan, and debutant Veer Pahariya. On Teacher's Day, writer-director Sandeep Kewlani credited Rajkumar Hirani and Boman Irani for his success. Meanwhile, actress Kriti Sanon shared a special post for her teacher whereas Anupam Kher shared the famous shloka ‘Guru Brahma’ which aims at promoting the message of the teacher being next to ‘God’.
Speaking of Sandeep Kewlani, the soon-to-be-debutant Bollywood filmmaker opened up about the people who inspired him to be a director. He said, "They are the reason he is in cinema, and it's because of their guidance he is pursuing his dream of directing a full-fledged film." He continued saying that he “learned to remain calm under any situation” from Amar Kaushik, director of Stree 2 who is also producing Skyforce.
Speaking about superstars like Ajay Devgn, Kewlani said that he has “learned technical knowledge and craft from Ajay Devgn" and he also shared, "Akshay (Kumar) showed him the value of precision and preparation on set." Kewlani was impressed by Akshay's ability to comprehend and execute the subtleties of a scene, as well as his commitment to being completely prepared before stepping in front of the camera. He believed that his professionalism, together with Akshay's eagerness to provide ideas, created a smoother and more productive working atmosphere during the production of Sky Force.
Restating how the mother is the best teacher, Kriti Sanon took to her Instagram story to share a collage and penned a message dedicating the day to Geeta Sanon saying, “Happy Teacher’s Day to the best teacher in my life <3”. Interestingly, the story was reposted from a fan page of the actress which featured the collage of her mother as the fans wished her on this special day.
Apart from her, Anupam Kher shared the famous shloka ‘Guru Brahma’ and captioned the post in Hindi saying, “Aap sabhi ko Adhyapak Diwas ki hardik shubhkamnayein. Mere sabhi guruon ko mera namastak naman. Mere jeevan mein mere teachers ka harr kshetra yogdhaan amulya hai. (Happy Teacher’s Day to everyone one of you. My best wishes and regards to all my teachers. Every teacher’s contribution is priceless in my life)”.
