While addressing the rumours, Tanuj was full of praise for Jennifer, describing her as "one of the best people I know." He added, "They don’t make people like that very often." Tanuj went on to share how Jennifer had a significant influence on him both as an actor and as a person, particularly during their time together on the show Code M. "She got me disciplined as an actor, as a human being because we spent a lot of time together. She taught me that you must value what you have because you are not going to have everything all the time, and if you don’t respect it, it will leave you."

Balancing respect for his wife and his bond with Jennifer
Tanuj acknowledged the rumours but stressed that confirming or denying them would be disrespectful to his wife, Tanya Jacob. "By confirming or denying this relationship, I feel it would be a big disservice to my wife. I will always maintain that Jennifer is a very special part of my life," Tanuj explained, emphasizing his respect for both women in his life.

Despite his admiration for Jennifer, Tanuj revealed that his wife has never met the actress. "My wife and Jen don’t know each other. They have actually never met each other," he said, although he expressed a desire for them to meet in the future. Tanuj added that Jennifer sent him and Tanya a congratulatory message when they got married, which further highlighted the warmth and respect they continue to share.
