Deepika had promoted Chennai Express on the sets of the Indian Idol Jr. in similar silk apparel but with her own twists. She opted for a lighter shade of beige along with her hair tied in a knot, petite ear bling and gorgeous rimmed eyes and red lips.
Even though Chitrangada's spicy red may seem desirable, her dripping smokey-eye makeup goofed up the look, so for the seal, Deepika surely walks away with the crown!
