Sreeleela is set to collaborate with Kartik Aaryan in Anurag Basu’s upcoming untitled romantic film. The project will mark their first on-screen outing together and is currently in the works, with further details yet to be officially announced.
Speaking in a recent interview on the show Honest Townhall, Sreeleela shared her thoughts on Kartik, saying, “I think holistically, he's very sorted and smart person. I have lots of respect for his body of work and his journey till now.” She acknowledged his filmography and the path he has taken in the industry over the years.
She went on to add, “There's a lot to learn from him and I am looking forward to shoot with him.” Helmed by Anurag Basu, the untitled project is in the works. The film has emerged as one of the most anticipated titles of 2026, with audiences keenly awaiting to watch Sreeleela and Kartik Aaryan share screen space.
The project also marks Sreeleela’s debut in Bollywood. She has already become known amongst the Hindi audience with her song ‘Kissik’ from Allu Arjun starrer blockbuster Pushpa 2: The Rule (2024), which continued the story of its prequel Pushpa: The Rise (2021).
Kartik was last seen in the romantic comedy Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, where he was paired opposite Ananya Panday.
