The format of Famously Fit With Sophie places celebrity interactions within the setting of a workout session, moving away from traditional sit down interviews. The idea is to capture spontaneous conversations as guests engage in physical routines alongside Sophie.
Sonam Bajwa’s appearance follows earlier episodes featuring Malaika Arora and Kriti Sanon, both of whom joined Sophie for similar fitness led conversations that combined training segments with personal anecdotes. With each episode, the show continues to bring actors into a relaxed environment where fitness becomes the starting point for broader discussions.
