Sonakshi Sinha is an actor by profession. However, she’s a true-blue traveller by heart and her Instagram feed is proof of it. Bagging another experience, the actress recently jetted off to Finland. Sharing her experience of spending a short vacation there, Sonakshi dedicated a special post to the European country, and called it “a surreal experience” despite being “a person who hates cold.”
In the latest post of the Dabangg actress, she can be seen enjoying the snow in Northern Lights Village Saariselkä. From playing with the snow and a couple of fur friends to enjoying a bonfire and jacuzzi bath, Sonakshi can be seen posing for all the pictures with an ear-to-ear long smile.
Instagramming the multiple-picture post, the Lootera actress wrote a note, which read, “For a person who hates the cold, @northernlightsvillage in @ourfinland has sure changed my mind!” She further added, “What a surreal experience feeling snow for the first time ever…looking at the stars from inside my aurora cabin, going husky sledging in the vast white expanse, chasing the northern lights and lighting a bonfire in the middle of nowhere, roasting marshmallows, drinking hot chocolate oh and freezing myself at -14 degrees only to get into a hot tub.”
Concluding her caption, the Akira actress wrote, “Saariselka you have my,” followed by a red heart emoticon and a hashtag which read, “Visit Finland”. Reacting to a section of her Insta fam took over the comments section and flooded it with fire emojis.

Coming to the professional front, the 35-year-old actress was last seen in Double XL, co-starring Huma Qureshi. Directed by Satram Ramani, the comedy-drama performed poorly. The actress has multiple projects in her kitty including an upcoming Netflix original series Heera Mandi. Helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, it will also feature Manisha Koirala and Aditi Rao Hydari.
