The Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham-starrer Pathaan has been in the news ever since it was announced. Following this, the excitement among the audience just kept growing with every announcement and went further up with the release of its trailer.
Now, the film’s director Siddharth Anand has kept the anticipation for Pathaan going through a video where he answered some rapid fire questions related to the film and his experience of making it.
Needless to say, Pathaan has some high-octane action sequences, as is evident from the trailer. Siddharth, while answering a rapid-fire question, has said that the action sequence involving a train is his favourite scene of all. He answered the question while thinking a lot and finally said, “Tough one. My favourite action sequence is the train sequence.”
The trailer of Pathaan has some visuals of a fight sequence between SRK and John taking place on top of a train. It seems Siddharth was referring to this sequence. When the filmmaker was asked what can one expect when Pathaan and Jim (John) come together on screen, he said, “Fireworks and brutal action.”

Siddharth also revealed that the pre-production for Pathaan took as many as two years. While answering another question, the filmmaker said that Shah Rukh and Deepika learnt the fight form Jujutsu just for this film.
Produced by Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Films, Pathaan will be released in cinemas in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on January 25.
