Shraddha Kapoor reveals how she planned on cheating in exam; says, “I had written my answers under my pinafore” : Bollywood News

Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has been winning hearts with her acting and down to earth nature. The actress recently admitted to having cheated on an exam in the past and said that everyone errs occasionally. Shraddha remembers being caught by the teacher for cheating on an exam.

Shraddha Kapoor reveals how she planned on cheating in exam; says, “I had written my answers under my pinafore”

Shraddha told NDTV Good Times, “At some point in our lives everyone has cheated in exams. I was so disappointed in myself. I had written my answers under my pinafore and I had thought ki ‘kya brilliant idea hai matlab no one will be able to catch me’.”

She continued by saying that she didn't realise she was in trouble until much later. She said, “I was just looking at the answers and my teacher was standing right next to me. I was like ‘hey I know I am going to get amazing marks’. She was right there. My teacher shouted, ‘Shraddha!’, and I was caught in the end. So clearly, I am a terrible liar.”

Prior to the movie's release, Shraddha spoke with PTI about her role. She said, “It's such a different character from what I've played in Aashiqui 2 and other films after that. She is a girl who is more in charge; she is on the front foot and is confident. For me, it was refreshing to play a character who says what she feels. She is a girl-next-door with some tadka (spice). It was a first for me.”

On the professional front, Shraddha was recently seen in Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar starring alongside Ranbir Kapoor. She will be next seen in second instalment of her 2018 release Stree.
