Recently while shooting for Super Dancer Chapter 4, Shilpa Shetty Kundra shared some tips with Anurag Dada on how to practice yoga along with cardio daily, and eating healthy food can lead to a healthy lifestyle. She also shared that yoga has many benefits on our body, mind, and soul.
