Keeping up with her tradition of sharing her fitness journey on social media, Shilpa took to her social media to post a clip of herself engaging in a challenging exercise that targeted both strength and core. Her dedication and commitment to her fitness routine left her fans in awe.

On Monday, Shilpa took to her Instagram account and shared a video where she can be seen clad in a yellow sports bra and tights, seated on the floor. Engaging in a challenging exercise, she endeavours to balance her body on one leg and elevate herself into a standing position. Despite encountering a few initial setbacks, she ultimately succeeded in executing the movement flawlessly. Sharing the video, Shilpa, wrote in caption, “Failure is a stepping stone to success. Keep trying, push yourself, but never give up.

Today, I took up the #StandUpChallenge! It tests one’s mobility, which is the ability to move your entire body freely and normally. It encompasses muscle strength, range of motion, and endurance capacity helping you with great mobility.
