Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is one of the fittest stars of the film industry and also encourages people to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. From Yoga to gymming to healthy eating, the actress often gives a glimpse of her lifestyle on Instagram. On Monday, Shilpa shared a basic beginner’s exercise for spine mobility.

Shilpa took to the Instagram handle of her Yoga app named Simple Soulful App by Shilpa Shetty and gave a glimpse of the beginner-friendly spine workout. In the video, Shilpa is seen dressed in a purple tank top teamed with a pair of multi-coloured tights and sneakers. Shilpa got down on all fours on a Yoga mat to perform the cat ad camel exercise. "Let’s start this week with Cat and Camel exercise. This is one of the basic spinal mobility movements (sic),” she wrote.

“It helps in understanding the articulation of the spine. For beginners, this movement is such bliss as it helps in creating awareness of the spine and its neutral placement during any movement," wrote Shilpa explaining the benefits of the exercise.

Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty who is currently a judge on the Television show India's Got Talent made her comeback to the movies in 2021 with the film Hungama 2 directed by Priyadarshan. She will next be seen in the film Nikamma alongside Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia.
