Actor, producer, singer and director, Farhan Akhtar turned 50 on January 9, 2024, and rang in this milestone with his family and close friends. Shibani Dandekar warmly celebrated her husband's 50th birthday with an endearing wish. She shared a montage of their travel escapades, cosy dinner dates, and outings on Instagram to wish him.

Shibani Dandekar wrote in the caption, "With all my heart and for all seasons you are my everything. My Franaloo Happy 50th bday. I love you more than you will ever know." Shibani's sister Anusha Dandekar commented, "The best after watching you edit it for hours."

Farhan Akhtar rang in his birthday at midnight and was with his family members. His sister Zoya Akhtar, parents Javed Akhtar, Honey Irani, Shabana Azmi and his wife Shibani Dandekar were in attendance. Shabana's brother and sister-in-law Baba Azmi and Tanvi Azmi, Shibani's sisters Anusha, and Apeksha, parents Sulabha, and Shashidhar were also present at the celebrations. Shabana Azmi took to Insatgram and wrote in the caption, "Salgirah mubarak betu FarhanAkhtar. Jeete raho khush raho bahut saara pyar (Happy birthday son, Farhan Akhtar. Stay well, stay happy and lots of love)."

On the work front, Farhan Akhtar will next direct Don 3 with Ranveer Singh in titular role, set to hit the theatres in 2025. He also has Jee Le Zaraa in the works with Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra.
