Shah Rukh Khan’s picture from the sets of Dunki goes viral; superstar’s look reminds fans of his Veer Zaara and Swades days : Bollywood News

A couple of weeks back, Shah Rukh Khan formally announced his upcoming film with ace director Rajkumar Hirani. The director has helmed films like Munnabhai M.B.B.S, 3 Idiots, and PK. The film titled Dunki will also star Taapsee Pannu. It is the first time that the three artists are collaborating with each other.

On Thursday, a picture of Shah Rukh Khan with Hirani went viral. It is being speculated that the picture was clicked on the sets of the film. In the picture, Khan looked dapper as he posed with a group of people. Fans also commented that his look for the film reminded them of his Veer Zaara and Swades days. Both the films were released in 2004.

Dunki marks Shah Rukh Khan and Hirani's first collaboration and fans are eager to find out what they deliver. The film will hit the screens on December 22, 2023. Through the course of my career Shah Rukh Khan has always been on my wish list and after trying to collaborate several times in the past, we were finally destined to have Dunki mark our partnership. The energy, charisma, humour, and charm that he brings to a film is unparalleled and I look forward to bringing that magic to the big screen," Hirani had said in a statement while announcing the film.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan who was last seen on the big screen in 2018 in the film Zero will be returning to the screen with Pathaan in 2023 January. He also has a yet-to-be-titled film with Atlee.
