Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has a busy year ahead of him. The actor is now enjoying the success of his film Pathaan, which was released on January 25. The film has established itself as a legitimate blockbuster, breaking box office records one after the other. Next in line now are Jawan and Dunki. SRK has returned to work in the midst of Pathaan's success. A viral photo doing the rounds on the internet suggests that the celebrity has begun filming for his next film, Jawan, with Atlee. It is, however, an old photograph from the sets of Atlee's directorial.

On Wednesday, the actor became a social media sensation after a behind-the-scenes photo of him from the sets of Atlee's next film Jawan leaked. A masked SRK can be seen filming for the project on the sets. Several fan pages dedicated to the superstar on social media curated the photo. Shah Rukh Khan will appear in Jawan alongside Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi.

Shah Rukh Khan is seen with a bandage on his face in the viral photo. He is seen standing next to a van, surrounded by the team. His hair is similarly pulled back in a ponytail.

Shah Rukh Khan had officially announced his project last year on his social media accounts. Sharing a teaser, he captioned, “An action-packed 2023! Bringing Jawan to you, an explosive entertainer in cinemas 2nd June 2023. In Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.”

Shah Rukh Khan was most recently seen in Pathaan, a huge success co-starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. Within a week of its release, the film raked in Rs. 330.25 crore.
