In an event hosted by Amazon Prime, Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan took centre stage to unveil her latest project, Ae Watan Mere Watan. The film, based on the life of Usha Mehta, a prominent figure in India's fight for independence, promises to be a poignant tribute to the unsung heroes of the nation. Sara, known for her acting prowess and elegant style, graced the occasion in a handcrafted saree that perfectly complemented the spirit of the event.

Something about Sara Ali Khan's extremely conventional avatars appeals to me. Every time the stunning divas opts for a traditional ensemble, be it flowy sarees, intricate lehengas, or even laid-back sharara sets, she looks amazing. Sara chose a bright yellow drape from Pero for the launch of Ae Watan mere watan, which will air on Amazon Prime. The flowy drape had blue, yellow, and white stripes on the saree pleats in addition to an embroidery with a flower motif and a border of gold and blue. She paired the saree with a yellow blouse that had half sleeves and the same hue. Sara chose to wear only a tiny pair of earrings as an accessory. Billed as an anthology, the film also features Adity roy Kapur, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi and Neena Gupta. She also has film Murder Mubarak in works.
