Actor Sanya Malhotra has shared behind-the-scenes glimpses from the Kashmir schedule of her upcoming film Sundar Poonam, offering a look at the shoot as the team wrapped a key leg of production. The project is part of Prime Video’s upcoming slate.
Malhotra took to social media to post a series of images featuring candid moments with the cast and crew during the shoot. Captioning the post, she wrote, “we came, we shot, we froze, hehe #SundarPoonam Kashmir ”, indicating the challenging weather conditions in which the schedule was filmed. The images show the actor alongside her team in informal settings, reflecting the working environment during the schedule. The photographs capture a mix of group interactions and lighter moments, highlighting the collaborative nature of the production process.
The actor also confirmed that the Kashmir schedule has been completed. In a separate note, she stated, “It’s a schedule wrap in Kashmir. Work that doesn’t feel like work but pure fun. Thank you @justpulkit and these lovely peeps for the tough but memorable shoot. Looking forward to more.” The statement acknowledged both the demanding conditions and the overall experience of the shoot.
Sundar Poonam has generated interest for its narrative and Malhotra’s character, in which she is expected to be seen in a darker and more intense role. The visual tone of her look has contributed to early audience curiosity around the film. Separately, Malhotra will also be seen in Toaster, a dark comedy co-starring Rajkummar Rao. The film is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on April 15.
