Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar has made her long-awaited debut in Yash Raj Films' Samrat Prithviraj. Starring opposite Akshay Kumar, the film is based on the life and valour of the fearless and mighty King Prithviraj Chauhan. Akshay is essaying the role of the legendary warrior who fought valiantly to protect India from the merciless invader Muhammad of Ghor. Manushi Chhillar is playing the role of Prithviraj’s beloved Princess Sanyogita.

The actress, who made her debut this past weekend with a historical drama, recently spoke to GlobalSpa magazine about several aspects of her life. When asked what is her wellness philosophy, the actress said, "My entire routine is centered around discipline. This makes me stay grounded and focused. I make sure that I wake up early and start my day with a workout, irrespective of whether I am working or not. On days when I have a shoot, I get tired by the end of the day. Sound sleep resolves this easily (smiles). If I have free time, I either go for a dance class or take up painting courses or even try learning a new language. I make sure that the days when I am not working has a timetable too because it helps me stay in a routine."

She further added, "My wellness philosophy is a combination of many aspects. It is about ensuring that my body is well taken care of, through overall nutrition and exercise. I have always prioritised my mental well-being as well. I also ensure I contribute to a good relationship with my family and my friends."

Meanwhile, Manushi Chhillar has already signed another project with Yash Raj Films which stars Vicky Kaushal opposite her.
