Bollywood veteran Dharmendra celebrated his 88th birthday today, on December 8, 2023, receiving warm wishes and heartfelt gestures from fans and colleagues alike. One such gesture that captured the hearts of many came from none other than Salman Khan.

Khan took to social media to share throwback photos of himself with the legendary actor. Notably, one photo showed Khan kneeling at Dharmendra's feet, their faces lit up with laughter as they held hands. Another heartwarming picture featured Khan standing behind Dharmendra, arm around his shoulder, while the veteran actor reciprocated the gesture with a smile.

Dharmendra looked dapper in a brown blazer over an all-black ensemble, topped off with a stylish hat. Khan, on the other hand, opted for a casual yet cool look with ripped jeans, a black T-shirt, and a black jacket.

Earlier in the day, Dharmendra's Juhu residence saw a heartwarming scene unfold. As per tradition, a large number of fans gathered to wish him on his special day. Sunny Deol, Dharmendra's son, joined him for a photo as they cut a grand 7-tier cake amidst cheers and well-wishes from the crowd.

Besides this, Hema Malini also penned a sweet note for Dharmendra. Sharing a photo featuring the couple, she wrote, “Wishing my dearest life partner of many years, a very happy, healthy and joyful birthday.
