Several celebrities have taken up the 'Ved Lavlay' challenge.

Actor Riteish Deshmukh is all set for the release of his directorial debut, Ved, which is a Marathi movie. The actor recently unveiled the track 'Ved Lavlay' starring Salman Khan. The track has been crooned by Vishal Dadlani and Ajay Gogavale. Now, after Shahid Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan, Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Ananya Panday, and Karan Johar have taken up the ‘Ved Lavlay’ dance challenge.

Riteish Deshmukh reached the sets of Bigg Boss 16 with Genelia D'souza to promote his film. He performed the song with Salman Khan, who makes a guest appearance in the music video. "#ShukravaarKaVaar mein hoga double dhamaal jab Salman bhau ke saath aayenge hum!" he wrote on Instagram.

Anil Kapoor, who is celebrating his 66th birthday today, also took the challenge and gave it his own spin. Riteish wrote, "Happy Birthday Mr Forever Young Anil Sir @anilskapoor - you are truly an inspiration- love you immensely- ह्या कलाकाराने संपूर्ण देशाला ४ दशकांपासून वेड लावलय. #vedlavlay #ved30dec."

Karan Johar showed his dance moves with Riteish Deshmukh on the song. "My dearest @karanjohar joins the VEDness of #vedlavlay #ved30dec - love you KJO -thank you so so much !!!" Riteish captioned the post.

Ananya Panday also took the challenge as Riteish captioned the post as, "Thank you so much dearest @ananyapanday -for this VEDness. You are totally awesome. #vedlavlay #ved30dec."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Riteish Deshmukh was most recently seen in the Netflix movie Plan A Plan B with Tamannaah Bhatia. Ved releases on December 30, 2022.

On the work front, Salman Khan will be next seen in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The film, which was set to release in theatres on December 30, will now hit the theatres on Eid 2023. The actor unveiled several looks from the movie and even a teaser video. The film stars Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh Daggubati, Jagapathi Babu, Jassie Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Raghav Juyal, Shehnaaz Gill and Palak Tiwari. The film is directed by Farhad Samji and bankrolled by Salman Khan Films.

He will also be seen in Tiger 3 which will hit the theatres on Diwali 2023. Directed by Maneesh Sharma and bankrolled by Yash Raj Films, the film marks his reunion with Katrina Kaif. The actor has a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan which arrives in theatres on January 25, 2023.

Karan Johar, on the other hand, will return with his directorial venture Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The film will star Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. It is scheduled for April 2023 release.
