Rishi Kapoor praises the brave firefighters, police and the medics after massive London fire features

London is having a tough time lately. Just a few days after the attack and several people stabbed at a market, another tragic incident took place earlier this week when flames tore through the 24-storey Grenfell Tower in the Lancaster West Estate.

When the fire broke, many families started throwing their children out of the windows just so they could save their kids. According to the reports, the fire brigade rescued 65 people from the tower after sending 40 fire engines and 250 firefighters. Seventeen people have been confirmed to have died in the massive fire while 18 are still in critical condition.

Speaking about this tragic incident, Rishi Kapoor recently praised the bravery of the firefighters who bravely went inside the burning tower to rescue so many lives. In a series of tweets, Rishi said that the actors who fight in the films are no heroes. The real heroes are these firefighters, police and the medical department who work hard to save the day.

On the film front, Rishi Kapoor is currently shooting with Amitabh Bachchan for 102 Not Out. It will release on December 1, 2017.
