Raveena Tandon has been a co-star for Ajay Devgn in many films now the 90s pair’s next gen kids will be coming together to make their debut. Raveena Tandon and Anil Thadani’s daughter Rasha Thadani is all set to make her debut alongside Ajay Devgn’s nephew Aaman Devgan in an untitled entertainer which will also feature the Shivaay actor. Opening about her audition she gave for Abhishek Kapoor before she came on board for the film, Rasha revealed that she was horrible during her first audition but was glad she bagged the film because Kapoor saw potential in her.
Rasha Thadani recently debuted as the cover girl for the magazine Cosmopolitan India, where she opened up about her journey as a star kid and her experience of shooting her debut film. Speaking about how she had to undergo a proper audition process before she was signed on for the film, Rasha said, “Gattu sir [Abhishek Kapoor] is not someone to just take ‘somebody’ in his film. I auditioned for the role; I was a complete disaster and I am not embarrassed of saying it. But, he must have seen something in me that he thought of giving me the chance; and I am lucky and grateful I got the opportunity to work with him in my first film. He is one of the greatest directors I’ll ever work with—I look up to him.”
She went on to describe how the shoot and the studies for her 12th board exams coincided with each other, because of which her schedule was jam-packed and she had to juggle with everything which was tiring her too. “This whole journey has been a learning process for me. I turned 18 on my third or fourth day on set. Since I was still studying, it was tough at the time, I’d go to school at 8 a.m., get back, and go to workshops (which were till 11 p.m. every day). Then I’d be back home and complete my homework or study for my 12th board exams. I was giving my boards while shooting, so the routine was hectic. I feel like I have matured in the process. But yes, it is a dream come true.”
Not divulging many details of the film, Rasha maintained that her much-talked about debut is a ‘a beautiful film’ and that they have completed its shoot. However, she refused to divulge any more details on the movie.
