Randeep Hooda marked the success of his recent film Jaat with a visit to his native village in Rohtak, Haryana, coinciding with International Jaat Day and the festival of Baisakhi. The actor, who plays the role of Ranatunga in the film, made a surprise appearance at a local theatre screening the film, where he was greeted by a large crowd of fans.
The actor’s unannounced visit drew attention as he interacted with audiences and acknowledged their support for the film. Hooda’s role in Jaat has received widespread appreciation, contributing to the film's strong performance at the box office over the weekend.
Randeep also visited his ancestral home in Rohtak during the Baisakhi celebrations. Accompanied by his brother and the director of Jaat, he spent time with his family and local community members. He shared, “I went to the heart of Jaat land and my ancestral town, Rohtak with my brother, director and honorary, the visionary behind Jaat a the film. We has some delicious home cooked Haryanvi food and Choorma at my Kaka’s house and what better to see packed screens for Jaat with audiences showering so much love along with seetis and taalis.”
