Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor is busy promoting his upcoming film, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar starring alongside Shraddha Kapoor. In a recent interview talks about his daughter Raha Kapoor. The actor also talks about the importance of keeping your body healthy and how actors are unhappy, as they don’t always get to eat what they want to.

In April of last year, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir got married in their Vastu home in Mumbai. At the private ceremony, the couple's relatives, including their mothers Neetu Kapoor and Soni Razdan, and close friends from the Bollywood industry were present. On November 6, 2022, Alia and Ranbir embraced parenthood and welcomed their daughter.

In an interview, Ranbir Kapoor told BBC about his daughter Raha Kapoor, “Nothing matters anymore, and everything does, at the same time. I am scared to even talk about it, because it fills you up so much. You have this fear: will this go away? But in the back of my mind I know this is the one thing which will live with me eternally till the day I die. The amount of love, joy and gratefulness that I feel, I haven’t felt that towards anything, any person, any movie, anything professionally.”

Ranbir added that if he weren't an actor, he wouldn't mind gaining weight as a father. The actor revealed that actors are starving to look glamorous. He stated, “If I was not an actor, I wouldn’t care if I put on weight or anything. I think everybody should be healthy. You should eat and sleep well. But you should also enjoy a little bit in life. Actors are starving (humans). Every actor is unhappy because they don’t get the food they want to eat. So, from the outside, it all looks glamorous and cool, but on the inside, we are just pained.”

On the professional front, Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar starring alongside Shraddha Kapoor. The film is directed by Luv Ranjan, produced by Luv Films’ Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg, and presented by T- Series’ Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar. It is all set to have a festive release worldwide in cinemas on Holi, March 8, 2023. Ranbir also has Animal in the pipeline alongside Rashmika Mandanna. Helmed by Sandeep Reddy Bhanga, the film also features Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Tripti Dimri.
