Bollywood actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who have been in a relationship for a while, got hitched on April 14. The actors were keeping mum on their impending nuptials but on April 13, both Karan Johar and Ayan Mukerji unveiled a teaser of the song 'Kesariya' from Brahmastra confirming that the two actors are getting married this week. The festivities began on April 13 with the Ganesha puja followed by mehendi ceremony. The wedding ceremony took place on Thursday, April 14. The duo had their family and close friends in attendance. Over 50 guests including some celebrities from Bollywood were seen at the wedding.

Kareena Kapoor Khan posted an adorable picture with her son Jeh Ali Khan. Both mother and son were twinning in peach pink attire. Her son wore a pink kurta and white pajama. Kareena looked stunning in a blush pink classic authentic zari embroidered organza saree. The saree features a mid-riff baring sleeveless blouse with a plunging neckline, as well as pink and silver floral embroidery all over and a pink and silver border that runs all the way around the draped saree. The saree is from Manish Malhotra's Khaab collection. Kareena wore her saree with a gold layered necklace, chandelier earrings, mang-tikka, and bangles that matched her saree. Her outfit was enhanced with a pink embroidered potli. Her glam options were little make-up, reddened cheeks, berry-toned lip tint, pink wash on her eyelids, and center-parted hair.

Ahead of the ceremony, Mahesh Bhatt, Soni Razdan, Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Karisma Kapoor, Rima Jain, Armaan Jain, Aadar Jain, Navya Naveli Nanda, Karan Johar, Randhir Kapoor, Babita Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji and Akansha Ranjan Kapoor were seen arriving at the venue at Vaastu in Bandra.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding festivities began on April 13 and will conclude on April 17 with a star-studded reception. The actors will also be seen on the big screen together with Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. The film arrives in theatres on September 9, 2022.
