After several years of being in a private relationship, power couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt tied the knot on April 14 in presence of family and few friends. The festivities began on April 13 with the Ganesha puja followed by mehendi ceremony on Wednesday. The guests started arriving for the wedding ceremony on Thursday afternoon. More than 50 guests were in attendance for the nuptials. Ranbir's cousins Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karisma Kapoor had arrived in the afternoon itself. Filmmaker Karan Johar, who is close to both Ranbir and Alia, was also in attendance.

The trio posed for photos together. Kareena, Karisma, and Karan are besties in real life as well and have worked together on projects. Manish Malhotra shared a photo from the wedding ceremony of the three stars posing together.

Kareena looked stunning in a blush pink classic authentic zari embroidered organza saree. The saree features a mid-riff baring sleeveless blouse with a plunging neckline, as well as pink and silver floral embroidery all over and a pink and silver border that runs all the way around the draped saree. The saree is from Manish Malhotra's Khaab collection. Kareena wore her saree with a gold layered necklace, chandelier earrings, mang-tikka, and bangles that matched her saree. Her outfit was enhanced with a pink embroidered potli. Her glam options were little make-up, reddened cheeks, berry-toned lip tint, pink wash on her eyelids, and center-parted hair.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding festivities began on April 13 and will conclude on April 17. The actors will also be seen on the big screen together with Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. The film arrives in theatres on September 9, 2022.
