Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor tied the knot on Thursday afternoon after much fanfare. The couple got married at home in the presence of close friends and family members. Bride’s bestie Akansha Ranjan Kapoor was one of guests in attendance for the ceremony and wore a lovely floral-print green saree that we think she looked just stunning in.
Akansha was dressed in a pastel green saree. The lovely dress was covered with large flower prints. It had a gold border as well. She wore it with the same-colored full-sleeved blouse. Her saree is from renowned designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee's collection.
Akansha kept her accessories simple, opting for Sabyasachi's striking emerald-and-gold jhumkas. She kept her makeup simple with just a smudge of eyeshadow, mascara, blush, highlighter, and pink lipstick. She wore her hair in a bun and added a little bindi to finish her outfit.
On the professional front, Akansha Ranjan Kapoor made her acting debut with Netflix's Guilty in 2020, which also starred Kiara Advani, Gurfateh Singh Pirzada and Taher Shabbir in pivotal roles. Last year, Akansha starred in Netflix's Ray. She was also a part of Spotlight, alongside Harsh VarrdhanKapoor and Radhika Madan.
