The actress is now occupied with the promotion of her film Chhatriwali, but that does not prevent her from dressing to the nines. Recently, pantsuits have been a mainstay of Bollywood fashion, but Rakul Preet was able to elevate the trend with some striking colour blocking. She wore a pant-suit in lilac and lime green that she picked up from Nirmooha. The diva demonstrated how to pull off the monotone look with a splash of vivid colour. She chose a risqué lime green bralette with plunging neckline and sensual crop embellishments. She wore it layered over straight-fit casual lilac pants and a blazer with structured shoulders and notched lapels. Her blazer and pants also had neon panels, which were nothing short of a riot of colours, to offer that extra dash of energy. Her Nike Air Jordans were the final touch.

Rakul kept her accessories minimal by wearing a pair of statement earrings, layered chains, and rings. Leaving her hair loose, her nude makeup included well-contoured cheeks, subtly-done eyes, and glossy nude lip tint.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Rakul Preet Singh was recently featured in Chhatriwali with Sumeet Vyas. The movie premiered on Zee5 on January 20. In the movie, Sanya Dhingra, a female scientist without a job, utilises her talents to break a significant social taboo by teaching young people about sex education while also hunting for work. In Mere Husband ki Biwi, Rakul will next be seen with Arjun Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar.
