In the video, Rahul Bose said that he had ordered two bananas while he was working out in the hotel gym. While he received the bananas in his room, he was charged Rs 442.50, including GST. The bananas were listed as “Fruit Platter” in the bill. “They’re just too good for me," he said.

The actor captioned the video, “You have to see this to believe it. Who said fruit wasn’t harmful to your existence? Ask the wonderful folks at @JWMarriottChd #goingbananas #howtogetfitandgobroke #potassiumforkings."

While Rahul complained about the unreasonable bill, netizens schooled him that if he can't afford the charges at a luxury hotel, he should not stay in them. Rahul Bose was last seen in Kamal Haasan's Vishwaroopam 2.
