Nikki Sharma opened up about a recent sequence where she saves her step son Kartik from a life-threatening situation.

Zee TV’s Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya Shiv Shakti starring Arjun Bijlani and Nikki Sharma, has been receiving rave reviews from the audience for its interesting twists and turns. The story revolves around Shiv and Shakti, navigating their life through the challenges thrown at them. While in recent episodes, we saw how Shakti comes to rescue her step-son Kartik in a construction area and gets covered in cement, the actress Nikki Sharma opened up about the challenges she had to face while shooting the sequence.

Shooting for the same sequence was really difficult for the actress as she had to endure many things behind the scenes to make it look effortless on screen. Explaining about the sequence, where she was completely covered in cement, Nikki Sharma aka Shakti said, "Shooting with cement was very tough! The forceful impact of its liquid falling on my back in bulk was testing my endurance. The whole scene took two full days to shoot, resulting in a physically demanding experience. Nevertheless, despite the challenges, Arjun and our director's unwavering encouragement kept me motivated, enabling me to deliver my best performance.”

For the unversed, the episode features Mandira (Parineeta Borthakur) attempting to harm Shiv's son Kartik (Aan Tiwari) once again with her devious plan. But, Shakti comes to his rescue in time. As Kartik finds himself in a risky situation chasing a ball into a construction area, he ends up in a pit with wet cement in it. To ensure he doesn't get hurt Shakti bravely jumps in to shield him, ending up entirely covered in substantial sludge. The actress asserted that she felt a sense of achievement when she accomplished shooting this sequence, which she maintained was one of the toughest sequences of her acting career.

The show currently focuses on how Shakti is going to lengths to keep danger away from her family and loved ones as Mandira continues her mission of destroying it. But despite her smartness help everyone from tough situations, Shakti continues to worry as the evil plans of Shiv’s beloved aunt continue.

After the wedding of the beloved couple in the show, Arjun Bijlani and Nikki Sharma have been receiving a lot of love for their chemistry between them. Promising to be a perfect blend of romance and drama, Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya Shiv Shakti airs every day at 07:30 pm, only on Zee TV.
