The term wardrobe malfunction became known to people after it was coined in 2004 when a portion of Janet Jackson’s costume was deliberately removed by Justin Timberlake. Reportedly, the whole stunt was planned but over several years, the term ‘wardrobe malfunction’ began to be used for situations where celebs accidentally exposed their intimate parts due to a clothing failure. Across the world, several actors – male or female – have gone through an embarrassing situation with regards to their clothes. Most of them are too embarrassed or ashamed to speak about it. Tusshar Kapoor, however, has been quite gutsy in this regard. In his recently released book, 'Bachelor Dad: My Journey To Fatherhood And More', the actor has nonchalantly informed viewers about the time when he suffered from a wardrobe malfunction.

As the name suggests, 'Bachelor Dad: My Journey To Fatherhood And More' is about Tusshar’s journey of deciding to become a single father and his experiences once he began raising his son, Lakshhya. In the initial part of the book, at one point, Tusshar Kapoor revealed that before deciding to go for the IVF procedure, a lot of thoughts went through his mind as to how he should inform the media and the world at large once he becomes a father. While speaking about it, he discussed his equation with the fourth estate and how there have been times when he has been misquoted by the print journalists and has “braved many storms of wrongful publicity”. He then also opened up that he has been through a couple of wardrobe malfunction incidents.

Tusshar Kapoor doesn’t go into details but singled out one such embarrassing moment that he had during a stage dance performance when he accidentally ended up exposing his butt. He wrote, “I was to pull my trousers down, but I pulled my underwear down along with them, inadvertently putting my booty on full display for a few seconds. I still suffer some embarrassment on account of that even today.”
