The most revered food guide in the world, the Michelin, just added Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ restaurant, Sona, to its New York Guide list and we couldn't be more proud. The Michelin guide is one of the most prestigious food guides that denotes high-quality food. Every year Michelin also gives out the Michelin Star, one of the highest accolades given to a restaurant.

This year, entrepreneurial genius Priyanka Chopra’s restaurant Sona which boasts of the regality of Indian cuisine has been made the newest addition to the New York Guide of the Michelin Guide. This itself speaks volumes about the experience of dining as well as the food itself. The restaurant opened operations only last year and has managed to make it into the list of 30 new restaurants to enter the guide.

For the unversed, the Baywatch actress opened her Indian restaurant in March 2021. In one of her posts dedicated to the outlet, she had written, “SONA is the very embodiment of timeless India and the flavours I grew up with”. Later, she added another feather to her entrepreneurial hat by launching a new homeware line in the US. Her homeware line reflects the Indian roots of the star.

Talking about her work front, the 40-year-old actress has multiple projects in her kitty; It’s All Coming Back to Me, and Jee Le Zaraa, among many others, are the name to a few. Interestingly, the actress wrapped the shoot of her upcoming series Citadel in June. The spy series also stars, Richard Madden in a lead role.
