The global star will be honoured with the Global Vanguard Honor at the upcoming Gold House Gold Gala 2026, scheduled to take place on May 9 at The Music Centre in downtown Los Angeles.
The actress will be celebrated alongside several notable personalities, including Charles Melton, EJAE, Jet Li, Simu Liu, Eileen Gu, and other influential names from across industries. The annual Gold Gala has become one of the most prominent events recognising Asian Pacific excellence and cultural impact on a global scale.
Now in its fifth year, the Gold Gala is expanding its vision beyond traditional boundaries, positioning itself as a broader international platform that celebrates leadership, representation, and influence across entertainment, business, technology, sports, fashion, and social impact. This year’s theme, A New Gold World, highlights the importance of shared progress and collective opportunity in an increasingly divided world.
More than 650 influential leaders are expected to attend the event, which will also celebrate the Gold 100 List — an annual recognition of trailblazers shaping culture and industries worldwide. Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ inclusion among the top honourees further underlines her global stature and continuing impact across multiple markets.
Priyanka will receive the Global Vanguard Honor in recognition of her remarkable 25-year career that has successfully bridged Asian Pacific and Western entertainment industries. From becoming one of Hindi cinema’s leading stars to carving out a successful space in Hollywood, the actress has consistently expanded boundaries for South Asian representation on the global stage.
Her international body of work includes acclaimed performances in films, streaming projects, and global campaigns.
