Karan Johar had a star-studded birthday bash as he turned 50 on May 25. The birthday bash hosted at Yash Raj Studio in Mumbai was attended by the who's who of the Hindi film industry. Karan, who has been a part of the film industry for 27 years now maintains a close bond with most celebrities in the industry. From Kajol, Twinkle Khanna, Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta, Hrithik Roshan to Kiara Advani, Ananya Panday, Varun Dhawan, and others attended the party.

Preity Zinta who has worked with Karan Johar in films like Kal Ho Naa Ho and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna before. She was at the party with her husband Gene Goodenough. She took to her social media handle to share pictures from inside the party. In the first set of pictures shared by the actress, she can be seen posing with Karan Johar. However, it was the next two selfies that had people’s attention. In one picture, Preity can be seen posing for a selfie with actresses Kareena Kapoor Khan, Rani Mukerji, and Aishwarya Rai. In another group selfie, the same group was seen posing with Madhuri Dixit in place of Kareena.
