Paresh Rawal says sequels should be “Radically different” like Munnabhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munnabhai ahead of Hera Pheri 3 3 : Bollywood News

Actor Paresh Rawal, who plays Baburao Ganpatrao Apte in the popular Hera Pheri franchise, recently spoke about the upcoming third instalment of the film. He shared his excitement about returning to the sets with Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty and also spoke about his hopes for the third instalment.

Rawal said that he and his co-stars still have the same equation that they did when they first worked together on Hera Pheri. He described them as "secure actors" who know what they have to do in their respective roles.

In a conversation IndiaToday.in Rawal asserted, “After Hera Pheri too, we have worked in many films together and we respect each other as an artist, as human beings and friends. They are all secure actors. And we know what we have to do. It's not a kind of dark area that we don't know what is expected of us. We know character mein kya karna hain kya nahi karna hain.”

On the fate of Hera Pheri 3, Rawal said that he hopes it will be a "radically different" film from its predecessors. He used the example of the Munnabhai MBBS franchise, and said, “I always have this example of Munnabhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munnabhai. The sequel should be like that, radically different. Take a quantum leap. Take your character in a different background, a different world. Take the audience also to a different world.”

Speaking of the professional front, Rawal is currently seen in his latest releases, Aankh Micholi and Shastry Virudh Shastry. Interestingly, both films were released today, that is November 3.
