Nushrratt Bharuccha opens up about Janhit Mein Jaari completing one year; says she is ‘grateful’ to be a part of it : Bollywood News

Nushrratt Bharuccha, who was recently seen in the film Chatrapathi alongside Sreenivas Bellamkoda, recalled her memories associated with the social comedy Janhit Mein Jaari. The Raaj Shaandaliyaa directorial completed one year today. The film garnered several positive reviews for Bharuccha for her portrayal of a bold and confident condom seller with the actress also passing on the social message of using condoms during its promotions.

Recalling her memories associated with Janhit Mein Jaari, Nushrratt Bharuccha expressed her gratitude towards the makers for giving her an opportunity to be a part of a different film like this one. On the occasion of the film completing one year on June 10, Nushrratt said, “Janhit Mein Jaari will always remain one of my most special films – I’m so grateful for all the love and positive feedback I received on the film. Even to this day, when someone talks to me about the film, they always have wonderful things to say so I’m really glad that I could be part of Janhit Mein Jaari.” In the past, Nushrratt Bharuccha has maintained about how she regards this film as one of her finest performances to date.

In an earlier interaction, director and co-producer Raaj Shaandaliyaa had opened up about the film saying, “As a filmmaker and a storyteller my main objective is to provide my audience with a socially relevant story that is interesting and has a touch of humour. Janhit Mein Jaari starring Nushrratt Bharuccha is one such story regarding a social issue with the main focus on some valid situations we all need to think about as individuals. I didn’t struggle at all to choose the cast for this movie as I know how talented and composed Nushrratt is when it comes to her work and after her performance in our previous project together, I couldn’t think of anyone else best for the role but her. The reaction and love from the audience is really overwhelming and I’ll make sure to always excite and entertain my audience with new projects and stories”.

Janhit Mein Jaari also starred Vijay Raaz, Tinu Anand, Anud Singh Dhaka, Brijendra Kala, among others in pivotal roles.
