Following much anticipation, Disney+ Hotstar dropped the trailer of spy-thriller The Night Manager starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles. A Hindi-language adaptation of John le Carré’s novel ‘The Night Manager’, which was previously created as British series starring Hugh Laurie and Tom Hiddleston. Produced by The Ink Factory and Banijay Asia, the series is created and directed by Sandeep Modi and second director Priyanka Ghosh. The trailer was launched in Alibaug on Friday, January 20.

Talking with the media on Friday, Anil Kapoor said it becomes difficult to attract the audiences after a point. He said, “After working for so many years it has become very, very tricky, what should I do, what have I done that people have not already seen me do. It is very tough and every day it is becoming tougher to excite the audience with so much stuff happening around. One needs blessings, only hard work doesn’t (make the cut) anymore. The right people have to come together to make something remarkable today.”

The series features eclectic talent including Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipala, Tillotama Shome, Saswata Chatterjee and Ravi Behl. It premieres on Disney+ Hotstar on February 17, 2023.
