On Tuesday, Gauahar took to Instagram and expressed that she didn't have the energy to appear glamorous for her initial post as a mother. In the close-up selfie without any makeup, Gauahar held her baby in her arms and posed with a smile for the camera. Sharing the picture, she wrote in caption, “So it’s past 12 am , past 1 day of my first Mother’s Day as a New MoM , n yes I didn’t have the energy to be glammed up for my first post as a Mother too , but boy , am I grateful!!!!!!! On May 10, Gauahar and Zaid welcomed a baby boy into their lives. The actor announced the news of the baby's arrival through an Instagram post. It read, “It's a Boy As salaam u alaikum beautiful world, says our bundle of joy. Arrived 10th of May 2023 to make us realise what happiness truly means. Our blessed boy thanks everyone for their love and prayers. Grateful and giggling new parents Zaid and Gauahar.” She captioned the post, “Allahumma baarik fihi.”

Gauahar Khan got engaged to Zaid Darbar, son of popular musician Ismail Darbar, in November 2020. A month later, the couple tied the knot with each other in a traditional ceremony.
