Veteran playback singer Nitin Mukesh, along with his son, actor Neil Nitin Mukesh, recently purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Lower Parel area for Rs. 11.35 crores, according to property registration records reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was officially registered in July 2025, as per documents available on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website of Maharashtra.

The new apartment is located in World One, a high-end residential project by Lodha Group. According to the registration documents, the apartment has a RERA carpet area of 189.89 square meters (approximately 2,044 sq. ft.) and comes with two dedicated car parking spaces. The buyers also paid a stamp duty of Rs. 68.10 lakhs and registration charges of Rs. 30,000 as part of the deal.
Lower Parel has emerged as a preferred destination for luxury real estate in Mumbai, offering excellent connectivity to major business hubs such as Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) and Nariman Point. The area is home to several celebrity residents, with Bollywood stars like Shahid Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, author Amish Tripathi, and cricketer Zaheer Khan also owning properties in the neighbourhood.
