Priya Prakash Varrier is the toast of the season and is going places with her viral wink. Not only is she being touted as a Influencer of The Year, but has also been chased to endorse brands. We won’t be surprised if she is mobbed by Bollywood filmmakers too. While the overnight star is gearing up for the release of her Malayalam film Oru Adaar Love, she has been talking to the press about her unbelievable luck and the ‘spontaneous’ wink which got her famous. So, Varrier who is a trained singer and dancer too told the telly channels that she was instructed to do a cute and soothing expression of love…she winked only to try out something and it clicked.
After becoming the National Crush, the whole country was curious about her Valentine’s Day plans. Well the suspense is over because we know what she did, exactly. While talking to a publication she said that she is single and therefore has no plans with her special someone. Also, she had to attend college because attendance is compulsory. Boy, looks like she is a stickler with academics! Interestingly, Priya also revealed in one interview that she goes to a girls’ college and hence there is no question of getting mobbed inside the same, given that her fans are mostly men!
Priya also said that the inspiration behind the cute romantic expressions come from the time spent she spend at a co-ed school before shifting to an all-women’s high school post standard 10. Now, now, now did she have a special someone in her earlier school? Sadly, that’s purely left to our imagination.
