It’s been 14 years since the release of My Name Is Khan starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. Helmed by Karan Johar, it is considered one of the finest works of all the celebrities involved. Celebrating the 14th anniversary of the film, Kajol shared a photo with SRK.

My Name Is Khan is a film starring Shah Rukh Khan as Rizwan Khan, a Muslim man with Asperger's Syndrome. Set against the backdrop of post-9/11 America, Rizwan's life unravels due to discrimination and misunderstanding. Determined to prove that not all Muslims are terrorists, he embarks on a journey across the United States to meet President Barack Obama. Along the way, he faces numerous challenges but ultimately spreads a message of love, unity, and acceptance.
Back in 2023, Karan Johar spoke to E-Times and said, “The volume of research he [SRK] did on the Asperger’s Syndrome, and the time he took off to get the speech and body language right just showed his dedication to the film and role. I rank his performance in My Name Is Khan as among his career’s best along with Chak De (India), Swades and Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa.”
Meanwhile, Kajol will next star alongside Kriti Sanon in Do Patti on Netflix.
