The MTV Movie & TV Awards 2022 were held in the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California on Sunday evening. Jennifer Lopez received the Generation Award, while Jack Black received the Comedic Genius Award, as part of the evening's special honours.
The ceremony, hosted by Vanessa Hudgens and Tayshia Adams, honoured fan favourite series, stars, and films. With seven nominations each, Spider-Man: No Way Home and Euphoria entered Sunday's ceremony as the most nominated film and television show, respectively. JENNIFER LOPEZ
Jennifer Lopez arrived at the MTV Movie & TV Awards in 2022 looking like a star. For this year's ceremony, the actor and pop artist walked the red carpet alone at the Barker Hangar in Los Angeles, where was honoured for her long-running film and television career. The actor donned a black Mônot floor-length gown with a leather corset with a plunging neckline and a column skirt with hip cut outs to the occasion. A black clutch and diamond jewellery, including a short necklace, a bracelet, a ring, and statement earrings, as well as her magnificent green diamond engagement ring, completed the look.

SYDNEY SWEENY
The Euphoria star donned a MiuMiu baby pink short-sleeve micro crop top with buttons down the front and a crisp pointed collar to the occasion. The actress undid many buttons on her top, revealing a crystal-encrusted bra underneath. Sweeney's carefully chosen bottom, a statement pink crystal and glitter MiuMiu mini skirt that hung low on her hips, complemented that detail. On the left side of the skirt, there were black leather belt-like clasps that led to a short slit. Sweeney donned shimmering silver platform sandals with glittering straps and a big rhinestone-studded heel as her footwear. She wore her hair in a voluminous blown-out style with a centre part, with strong lashes and dark-rimmed eyes as the emphasis of her makeup. She wore a pair of silver chain earrings tucked behind her blond curls and a sprinkling of diamond rings.

VANESSA HUDGENS
On June 5, Vanessa Hudgens was the hostess at the MTV Movie Awards 2022, which were broadcast live from Barker Hangar. She stole the stage on the red carpet as she appeared in a bright blue Vera Wang strapless gown with a flowing train to start the night. Vera Wang's royal blue short dress with beautiful draping throughout was worn by actress for the Academy Awards.
The dress was short in length, but it had an airy train that cascaded down the right side, providing length and movement to the eye-catching ensemble. Billowing off-the-shoulder sleeves and a draped collar finished off the colourful gown. She paired the outfit with a pair of 7-inch heels and towering shiny silver platform sandals.

OLIVIA RODRIGO
Olivia Rodrigo wore for one of the most iconic looks of the night. She dazzled in a vintage black corseted dress by Jean Paul Gaultier. A crisscross halter top, ribbed boning around the zipped bodice, and a lengthy skirt that hit just above her ankles were all features of the dress. She wore dangling silver earrings and multiple silver rings on her hands to complete the ensemble. Her hairstyle, a slicked-back bun with hair hanging out on both sides, added to the nostalgic fashion inspiration.

On Sunday, June 5, Javon Walton, the 15-year-old actor who plays Ashtray in HBO's Euphoria, appeared at the MTV Movie and TV Awards. He wore a Versace medusa biggie jacket in black. The wool and mohair blend jacket was embellished with a golden Medusa Biggie harness strap over the chest, it also had side pockets. Versace fitted tuxedo pants with smooth satin bands along the waistline and legs completed the look. He accentuated his ensemble with a three-dimensional Medusa buckle on a leather belt and beige sneakers.
