Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, co-stars and soon-to-be parents, are gearing up for the last round of promotion for their much anticipated movie Brahmastra, which is slated to hit theatres on September 9, 2022. The two left for Ujjain and then travelled to Delhi to promote the movie. For her most recent appearance, Alia Bhatt stuck with semi-formal. Given that she has always managed to put forward statement-making ensembles etched in elegance and grace, the actor's preference for semi-formal apparel for nailing maternity style is noteworthy.

With her husband Ranbir, the actress is expecting their first child, and she has been crushing the maternity fashion game in easy-going looks. She has a wide variety of styles in her maternity wardrobe, including ethnic costumes, short dresses, and casual jeans. Wednesday's Brahmastra promotional event in Delhi saw Alia maintain a relaxed yet lively look. She chose to wear a white top underneath a purple blazer. She wore the pieces together with a pair of ripped jeans. Alia was dressed in a plain white top with a striking, plunging neckline. The lavender blazer gave her maternity outfit a hint of boss-lady overtones. She wore a pair of blue ankle-length jeans with tattered detailing to round off her look. Alia, being the fashionista that she is, also added some colour to her casual attire. She accomplished this by selecting heels. The actress chose a pair of multi-coloured heels, which gave her outfit an instant boost of vivacity.

Alia kept her hair open in a casual manner. She polished it up with a soft-glam make-up look letting the outfit speak for itself. As for the accessories, she took the minimal route and simply sported a pair of golden hoops.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt is all set for the release of one of her biggest projects Brahmastra Part One: Shiva, also starring Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy among others. The film, directed by Ayan Mukerji, is set to hit screens on September 9.

Apart from this, on the work front, Alia Bhatt will star in Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zara co-starring Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra in the lead. She also has Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani alongside Ranveer Singh and a Hollywood film, Heart Of Stone with Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.
