In what is the sweetest coincidence for Arijit Singh and director Mohit Suri’s creative collaboration over the years, the Indian musician beat Taylor Swift to become the most-followed artist on Spotify on the day his song 'Dhun' from Saiyaara was released by Mohit! According to data tracking site Chart Master, the ‘Dhun’ singer claimed the top spot with 151 million followers beating American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift who has 139.5 million followers on Spotify. British singer Ed Sheeran occupies the third spot on the list with 121 million followers.

Mohit is proud to see Arijit make India proud globally.
