Going by the recent posts on Instagram, fans of Mohit Malik were quick to notice the actor's change in body type from 2022 to 2023. Mohit has always been a fitness freak and is frequently seen sharing his workout videos on social media Talking about the comparison and the effort taken, Mohit opened up what it takes to achieve these transformations.

Talking about his recent chiselled abs and toned body, Mohit said, "I am a fitness freak. Every few months I try to work on a different body type. I like experimenting with my physique with different workouts, different diet plans and a lot of dedication to follow this kind of a disciplined lifestyle. I am someone who is extremely particular about my body, about the nutrition intake and workout schedule."

"These kinds of physical transformations are also dependent on the kind of physicality a character needs. Many a times, my physical transformation also depends on my character requirements. In fact, these kinds of transformations are tougher to create and maintain, compared to times when I just want to experiment creating a new physique. The lifestyle changes, diet plans and exercise routines have to be a lot stricter while maintaining my body for a role. It is a challenge, but one that I have moulded into over the years of all the roles I have played. Now I enjoy transforming my body as and when needed", concluded the actor.

Post his stint on stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi, the actor has shared some unseen pictures from his next OTT release titled 'Chamak'. He is also expected to soon kick off the shoot of his next release.
